Abstract
Penulis tentang : Pengaruh Posisi Daun Pada Proses Pengujian Terhadap Vitamin C Tepung Daun Kelor. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 2 kali ulangan sehingga menghasilkan 8 unit bercobaan dengan posisi daun yang berbeda antara lain, daun kelor mudar segar,daun kelor tua segar,tepung daun kelor muda,tepung daun kelor tua. Dalam pengujian laboratorium yaitu, Daun Kelor muda segar Vitamin C 499,995 mg, paling rendah ada pada Daun kelor tua segar 181,71 mg ,Tepung daun kelor muda 238,97 mg, Tepung daun kelor Tua 194,125 mg
