Abstract

The research problem of this study are, what are the character education values found in English textbook entitled bright an English school published by erlangga? And how to analyze the character education values in the book when English rings a bell. The purpose of this study was to. To find out the character of education values in English textbook entitled bright an English school published by erlangga. The purpose of this study is to describe how the process of the importance in Indonesia is in this case how we can respect each other. Education is the basic foundation of one’s character both in the school environment and in the community and surrounding areas This is a qualitative research, this research includes, the analysis of the values of character education in the book when English rings A bell is found in a book that describe the values of a person’s character. And then researcher uses observation documentation. This analysis, the researcher uses the opinion of Licona. By analyzing the values of character education in the book When English rings A bell. Then the most found is (8) religion, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creativity, independence, democratic.
