Abstract

The study of this research is "AN ANALYSIS OF SENTENCE PATTERNS IN KEDANG LANGUAGE". The purpose of this study was to analyze the analysis of sentence patterns in several folk songs of the Kedang language. The data collected through songs that are heard and then written to analyze which sentences are included in the sentence patterns of kedang language, the research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. from the results of this discovery there are several examples of sentence Subject +verb: Ang poti (Crow jump), Subject + Verb + Object: Kuama o upe nope ke (Why you forget us ), Subject+Verb + Complement: Ariq tebeq kue dareng(The children cried), Subject Verb + Indirect Object + Direct Object: Te ana pang maranto mara haba te bita (My son went wandering for our lives).
