Abstract
The research problem of this study is,what are the parents obstacles of online learning during covid-19 pandemic?The purpose of study was describe parents obstacles of online learning during covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and data collection is done by interview. The main theory used in this study is the obstecles during online learning theory from Amelia et al., (2020). This findings shows 10 types of parents obstacles in online learning during covid-19 pandemic. While proposed by Wardani, Anita & Ayrisa (2020) are 6 types obstacles of parents.The result proves that the obstacles of parents in online learning during covid-19 pandemic makes parents difficult to accompanying childrens in online learning. There are the general obstacles, limitation materials of parents, parents difficult to motivate childrens in learning, parents limitation in operating gedgets, parents difficult in devide time, emotional of childrens make probelm when learning online, difficult internet network, level focus of childrens, the way parents upgrade the quality of childrens to learn, problem of phone, parents are not patients with emotional with childrens.
