Abstract
This research is entitled The Use of Adjective-Preposition in Descripyive Text of the Third Semester Students of English Education of Artha Wacana Christian Uniersity in Academic Year 2023/2024. The formulation of the problem in this study, namely: what are the types of adjective-preposition used in descriptive text of the third semester students of english education study program of Artha Wacana Christian Universtity in Academic Year 2023/2024? and what are the dominant types of adjective-preposition used in descriptive text of the third semester students of english education study program of Artha Wacana Christian Universtity in Academic Year 2023/2024?. This research aims to identify the types of adjective-preposition used in descriptive text of the third semester students of english education study program of Artha Wacana Christian Universtity and to determine the dominant types of adjective-preposition used in descriptive text of the third semester students of english education study program of Artha Wacana Christian Universtity. In conducting the study, the researcher used qualitative method. The instruments of this research was intervention from the students writing descriptive text used adjective-prepositions. In students’ writing descriptive text using adjective prepositions, four adjectives were found which were followed by preposition with, to, in, of and the dominant types of adjective-preposition were the prepositions with and in.
