Abstract

This research is entitled "A descriptive study on parents’ support toward students’ online learning during pandemic covid-19". The writer formulates 1research question, namely: what are parents support toward students online learning during pandemic covid-19. The writer goal is: to find out what are parents supporttoward students online learning during pandemic covid-19. This study uses Cahyati's 2020 theory regarding the support of parents of students for online learning during the pandemic covid-19 .Of the 4 forms of support put forward by Cahyati and the researchers also found 4 parental supports, namely: roles, facilities, motivation, and influence. From the results of this study the writers hope that parents will provide good support so that children can easily understand the lessons given during the pandemic covid-19.
