Abstract
The study discussed about “An anaylisis of compound words in uab meto holy bible sulat knino bane alekot”. The aims of study in this research: (1) To find out the kinds of compound words in Uab Meto Holy bible. (2) to describe the process of compound words in Uab Meto Holy bible .This research used descriptive qualitative method and collecting the data used uab meto holy bible sulat knino bane alekot. The data were analyzed in two steps, identifying and classifying the data based on the uab meto holy bible. The result of this research, the writer find out there are three kinds of compound words in “Sulat Knino Bane Alekot” Uab Meto Holy Bible, they are compound verb, compound noun and compound adjective..Those kinds are combining by joining two words with the different categories become a word with a new meaning.
